We had several walks early in the morning, later at night and several meals in the area. All was just beyond expectation. I would highly recommend this B&B and this area of Tucson.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay! The condo was great, very clean, new, nicely decorated, well stocked with everything you need. The location was great, it was close to lots of restaurants & shopping. You also have access to the river walk, which is a very long trail for walking, running, biking, etc. The host was very responsive & accomodating as well. Our only issue was that the jacuzzi/spa was not working during our entire stay. Other than that, it was 5 out of 5!! ”

“All you need in this studio. Clean and nicely decorated. The lighting is particularly lovely. Nice views. The only thing to be aware of is that there is an adjoining room connected by a locked door—no problem, unless your neighbor is a lark and you are not. You can hear conversation and coughs or sneezes. Otherwise completely wonderful.”

“We really enjoyed the stay and had a lot of walks down to the river. Friendly encounters with neighbors, their dogs, some shy coyotes and less shy javelina were common. Both the coyotes and javelina were easily avoided but fun to witness. Also saw a couple of bobcats who were exceptionally shy and didn't like that I spotted them. Access to the Tucson Loop was close and safe for bike rides daily. The kitchen was well-equipped. I brought my own coffee making device for stronger coffee than the……

“The unit and the property manager were great. The noise from the train and the street musicians, not great. Kept us up every night. Music blaring until 3am. ”

“I absolutely love this stay! It was super clean, so adorable, owners are incredibly nice and accommodating! Great little outdoor seating area to take in the views and it’s dog friendly! “This property was everything and more—tucked away in the stunning outskirts of Tucson, surrounded by rolling hills and wide-open desert. It felt like my own private world. “Pros: Clean, comfy bed and great shower. Didn't watch TV but was able to access the proffered channels. Locks are great and made me feel safe, HVAC was great, weather was so nice I hardly used it. Great communication with Host. Would stay again.Con: Location is a bit noisy being on 22nd Street so I'd bring an extra pillow or ear plugs next time :) Needs a new couch in living room.”

“My son and I were in town to visit my older son for a few days. We loved everything about the house. It was small and had everything we needed. We were allowed to check in early due to our flight arriving late morning. We took advantage of the patio in the mornings for coffee and the evenings to wind down the day. The parking spot was a little tight getting into with other guests staying in the bigger house but overall it was not an issue. We will be staying again.”

“I booked this place because of the brightness inside and the views! It’s very quite complex. We loved sitting on the screened in balcony and enjoyed listening to the birds and wildlife. It’s hard to see the views through the screen when directly on the porch but this is the only downfall to this place! The pool has amazing views as well! We LOVED this place! ”

“It was extremely confusing when we arrived. Another man arrived just before us. Eddie, a handyman, we assume, took time from what he was doing to help us all. He deserves a bonus. Once we got into our space there was no parking pass, Eddie gave us his. After that all went well. The location was great. ”

“Everything was as listed or better. Reviews talk about the road not being paved, take your time and you'll be fine, it's the desert. Fridge was smaller but big enough for 4 days of meals with a very large grocery store well within 5 minutes. There are a few houses around but the home is up high enough you can see over them and see the Catalina mountains. Go ahead and book it!There”

“This room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, and clean. Convenient location near food and tourist destinations. Milan was very welcoming and helpful, and supplied us with some excellent snacks. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. The place was a little hard to find after dark, as it is in an unlit neighborhood(a nice thing!) and the street signs are old and dim, so I recommend arriving during daylight. We would stay here again.”
