“It was a great property that is close enough to hiking trails, Jaspar or just for relaxing. Our pups enjoyed sitting outside and just listening and watching. We were hesitant to book because of the reviews of barking dogs but it didn’t bother us at all. You could tell they were brought in and out all day.”

“The property was really nice! It was very clean and updated. They provided the "little" things that made the stay that much nicer, such as: coffee/filters, sugar/creamer, a few snacks, q-tips, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. The towels were very thick and soft. Nice sheets. The only thing to note was the last part of the drive up to the house was rough gravel for approx 4 miles. The owners can't help this, of course, but is good for people to know in advance! Any car could drive it, but it……

“We stayed at leatherwood for one night and headed a couple of miles down the road to the outfitter before starting our paddle trip. Leatherwood is a great and spacious house with everything you need. If you’re driving in the dark the sign can be a bit hard to see but if you’re looking out for it, it’s no problem at all!
