“The owner claimed Expedia double booked us so we turned up to stay in the evening and WE HAD NO ACCOMMODATION. We’ve paid for accommodation which we COULD NIT STAY IN - SCAM.”

It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. “Comfortable very well equipped chalet. The chalet had everything I needed - kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also tv. Comfortable bed too. The setting is lovely right on the river bank and useful to have parking right next to the chalet. There was also some outdoor space and walks right from the chalet. ”

“Beautiful home, very close to public transportation and a market. Stayed during an heatwave and even without AC the rooms cooled off nicely at night. Kids loved all having a space and the manual for house came with lots of tips for town. Great stay. ”
