“The TV turned on several times during the night, I think a guest in the next room was trying to turn their tv on (I could hear them moving around) but their remote turned my tv on. I turned it off with my remote and they turned it on again - very very annoying. I told the young woman at reception who I thought could have reacted better, with more empathy and potentially an apology (but didn’t).”
