“Loved the house location and outdoors area. Great having a coffee machine to have first morning coffee outside. Safe for dogs. Our two staffys loved being with us and able to walk into town for our morning coffee at one of local cafes. Esters is the best for coffee. Kitchen fully fitted out so easy to cook own meals which we did 2 nights. Enjoyed not having to drive to go out at night and able to walk. Will be back. ”

The property was clean, location was great - just on the outskirts of town, there were more than ample appliances and the host was extremely accommodating to our requests. Communication was maintained throughout our stay and would recommend to a group of friends or family for a short get away in Mudgee.”

“Oaklands Estate was the perfect place for our family holiday. We always look for somewhere a bit special to make our holidays memorable and it was just perfect. Plenty of room to spread out in the beautifully decorated traditional main house and the modern pavilion, beautiful views over the countryside in every direction, stunning gardens in full bloom while we were there in January, a pool big enough for a few lazy laps, and wannabe farmers like me can feed the chickens and the two pet cows.……

“We decided to have a staycation for our family Christmas get together this year and it was just perfect. Our Sydney family and ourselves plus a few of the locals stayed here with up to 17 coming and going over weekend . So much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy all that was on offer. The pool , the outdoor deck, pool table indoors, multiple tvs, plenty of fridge space, pizza oven and just about anything you could think of was included in the kitchen. “We reserved this place for a girls' weekend with 18 friends, and it was perfect! The location was excellent, offering stunning views of Mudgee. Although the road was a bit tricky to navigate in the rain, it was manageable. The bedrooms and the house were incredibly spacious, and even with 18 of us, it never felt cramped. The kitchen and lounge were fantastic and roomy. I would highly recommend this spot for your next getaway with friends – we absolutely loved it!”

“We had 7 adults and a dog stay and it was a very lovely time! The property was stylish and the location was perfect for easily walking in to town for coffee or driving to wineries. Unfortunately the internet was down during our stay and as it was a public holiday, NBN wasn't able to resolve so we weren't able to use the TV however Wendy and Wayne tried their best to help.
