“David’s cottage was perfect! It was equipped with everything we needed. Great location. Communication with David was easy and pleasant. He left clear instructions for check in and check out and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was good. They even got a new grill while we were there. “The property was exactly as described. We needed a place to stay to attend a graduation at Michigan State University which was only 12 minutes away via highway. The place was either recently upgraded/remodeled or just really well maintained. It was spotless and nicely decorated in a very modern way. Excellent communication - very caring and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend to all. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks for a wonderfully seamless experience, Eric & Jen! ”

“We needed a centralized location for day trips tasting the local craft breweries. This was a great midway point and as described. Hosts were super attentive and responsive. This is in a very rural space, but we got there at night with google maps and no issues. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit, but the set up looked great and lots of campfire cooking tools at your disposal. You are on the bottom of a residence so if the sound of footfalls above you would wake you up have ear……
