“This is a well-run hotel I’ve stayed at twice now and will stay at again in the future. The only minor hiccup was being unable to connect the GoogleTV we brought with us to the hotel WiFi - the staff had never had this question before so couldn’t help - but that’s hardly a blip on the radar. “Overall this stay was fine for one night but it it seems like no one checks to see that the hotel is being properly maintained. The toiletries in the shower look like they haven't been replaced in months ( soap scum on the bottles, one of the bottle's pumps was broken the conditioner was separated like it hadn't been used in years). The toilet paper holder was rusty and the bathroom sink would back up and gurgle very loudly every hour. Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. I didn't contact……

“The staff was extremely nice, caring and helpful. They wanted to accommodate my son and me as much as possible. I asked if my son can practice his violin since he was playing an audition at Eastman, and they put him in a separate room making sure that he is comfortable in there.
