“Booked this hotel mainly for their pet friendliness and the proximity to the Kodak Center. Staff was friendly and the hot breakfast and coffee was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable, would stay here again!”

“Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ……

“The Sleepy Bear Inn was updated, clean, attractive, and very comfortable. Rooms were decorated nicely and the beds were very comfortable. Loved it!”

“Everything is good, the only drawback is that there is no exhaust ventilation facility. Especially in the bathroom, this can easily cause a peculiar smell in the room”

“I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .”
