“When arriving into the room,there is a strange smell, not sure waxing smell or something. The heat from air condition is noisy and little work. Still feel cold all night.”

“The hotel and room was basically fine. The only problem was I booked a room for 2 adults with 2 kids, but the room was for only 1 kids. We made the other sofa bed by ourselves, after all it is not difficult. However, when we told front desk about this, and just asked for additional blanket, nobody apologized and only told us that we should called them to fix this. Ok, I think I should not do your job, right? This is not firendly at all. Also, during check in, the staff was absolutely speaking……

“地理位置好而且房間闊落，但是本身酒店10分有歷史是有部份房間是有裝修過的所以整體不算新淨，但衛生情況仍可接受”
