“Everything is good!”

“This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.”

“This was our favorite accommodation during our long trip in Italy. The breakfast was amazing, and it was such a shame we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it properly due to our schedule. The kind staff even packed us some coffee and water for the road, which was so thoughtful and touching. The hotel is part of a stunning winery, and we regret not booking the Mastrojanni winery tour—we had other tours lined up, but if you stay here, definitely join their afternoon or next-morning tour. “Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. ”

“Good hotel. If you drive to there based on Google Map, you better follow the main road instead of a muddy road recommend by Google. The hotel is near the old town (so as ZTL!) and just a 5 minutes walk. Montalcino old town get a lot of places to taste wine. Don't miss it!”

“Struttura in un ex convento di suore stupendo medievale nei minimi particolari dalle porte alle maniglie alle luci interne e esterne un luogo di pace e serenità in mezzo alla natura . Il proprietario Sig. Antonello molto molto gentile e disponibile fiero giustamente della sua struttura consiglia posti dove cenare e luoghi dove fare del turismo a corto raggio . Consigliato anche per bikers xchè ha un bel parcheggio interno lontano dalla strada anche se poco trafficata . ”
