“We had rented this house previously and rented it again for a family gathering. It has been great both times we’ve rented. The house is nicely arranged for accommodating couples, families, and individuals, and provides a comfortable spot for spending relaxing time on beautiful Hat Island. The lot and picnic table across the road provide a wonderful view of Puget Sound, boats, and the state ferries.”

“awesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you don’t feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. ”

“Chris hosted us for a short visit to the area. The room is clean and updated. The listing was accurate, and the bed was comfortable. I believe we were in the flight path for paine field but after a couple of early evening flyovers, it was quiet. The property is lovely and the view cannot be beat. ”

“It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.”

We ate most our meals and played many board games while taking it all in from the patio. The unit was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Lots of towels and beach chairs for use around the lake. “I was in town visiting family and looking for less expensive lodging than in the city of Seattle. I couldn't beat the price for what was offered! It was just me so I didn't need both of the queen sized beds. But I basically had the entire downstairs, except for the laundry room, to myself. An open living room area as well as large bedroom with two beds. Small refrigerator was perfect; I didn't watch it but there is television in the room, my own bathroom. Worked out great for me! The place was clean, accurate and organized upon arrival and the host is communicative. Highly recommend bringing a car not too large since the driveway is quite narrow. ”
