“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Facility is well maintained, staff is nice and friendly, and the free breakfast was always a good start of our day. One small issue to note was the smell of wood stain that filled the entire lobby. They had a beautiful table set right by the reception desk that they were staining during our stay.
