“What a lovely experience from the time of arrival with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting.A weekend away with my teenage boys did not disappoint. Great location with pathways from the doorstep into town or a quiet backyard and tree lined street for some aline time.Thankyou for this wonderful experience ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this excellently presented and very comfortable townhouse. The beds were all very extremely comfortable, the house was easy to keep warm and it came with everything including multiple bathrooms. The location was very pretty and so conveniently close to the park and gallery and mid city landscape. Highly recommend staying here. The owners communications were above and beyond offering lovely country style recommendations while staying. Wonderful place. Thank you……

“We have stayed at this property before, and its always so quiet and private. Friendly locals who love a chat, great coffee, a yummy bakery and lots of lovely drives and walks.The property is spacious,well maintained and is great for dogs.Will go back again.”

“Great house with plenty of activities to do given the area dosnt necessarily offer a heap. Was a perfect place for the trip we had planned and for the number of us going. Only downside is my friend brought his basketball hoping for the basketball hoop to be there, but wasnt. Not a bad thing, apart from that everyone was happy ”

“This property is one of the best we have stayed at, its very close to shops restaurants , you can actually walk to some of them.They thought of everything they left us a loaf of bread with a few different jams butter and miilk in the fridge. “We loved our 3 night stay at Red Box Retreat. The master suite is comfortable, with lovely views. The bed is comfy and the linen was very nice. The kitchen is easy to cook in and well stocked with pots and pans, plates and everything you need to cook up a storm. The property is private and a little oasis. We have stayed in Yack many times, but this is our first time at Red Box Retreat - and we hope to come back! Highly recommended. ”
