“This is a fabulous place with lovely owners. It feels like a quiet oasis. We were there during a heatwave (40 degrees) but inside the rooms felt beautifully cool. We stayed in the museum room which was large, the bed was big and super comfortable. There’s a bath in the room (something my husband really wanted) and I made the assumption that there would be a walk in shower. But there isn’t, instead it’s a hand held shower in the bath so you can feel quite on display showering in the room and I……

En dat is precies de onweerstaanbare charme er van! Ook het personeel, enigszins op leeftijd, is geweldig gecast en uiterst vriendelijk. Mochten de eigenaren overwegen bijvoorbeeld het ietwat sleetse tapijt op de trap te vervangen: niet doen! “The hotel is nice. The business is mainly operated by a couple. they are so friendly and helpful. Those rooms are clean. Bathrooms are renovated. Wifi was working good in the room. A swimming pool in the garden behind. Environment is clame. And, we could have a good place to park our car behind the hotel building. One night experience in the hotel Bastide was excellant. Thanks a lot!”

“We booked this aparthotel last minute because our original booking did not work out. What a treat to stay in this beautiful property in the town centre and walking distance to all the sights. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly and the lady in charge of the breakfast room (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was very nice. We enjoyed the mouth watering array of offerings at breakfast as well as the good coffee. We got a unit with a big bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen area. ……
