“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……
“An old hotel bought up and then made self-service.
Self checkin was not working and took an hour and I was sent to a “used” room. Finally everything was sorted out (thanks to Maryem).
But I was understandably nervous and shattered by the end.”
