“Great studio flats, we rented 2 flats for convenience. It's very clean and you have everything that you need - fast internet connection, hot water in the shower, kitchen amenities. The pressure of water in the shower was really great. We stay just 3 nights, but definitely, if we will stay in Ksamil one more time - will come back again and maybe will rent 3 flats for our big group :) No reason to stay closer to sea - even by foot it's not too far and here in Vila Malo you have a great price and……

“Avenue hotel is wonderful! Perfectly located in the center, really close to the beach and to the bus station. Sara is the best!!! Breakfast is delicious and on a wonderful terrace. Will stay here when I come back to Ksamil!”

“The hotel is really nice and the owners put effort on it. Breakfast could improve. Rooms big and clean, but Ksamil is noisy in the summer. Overall, it was a good hotel experience.”

“Wonderful modern, clean hotel in quiet location. 100 meters from the a beautiful beach. Delicious breakfast with spectacular views from the rooftop dining room. Staff super friendly and helpful. About 10 minute walk to main area of shops, but we appreciated being in a quieter area. Loved it and would definitely stay there again.”

“There was one problem with the air conditioning in one room which was sorted 24 hours later. Also, the first night there was no running water. But once it was sorted, things were perfect after that. Staff was very good! ”
