“An absolute wonderful stay! Kate and Diego are probably the most welcoming hosts you’ll ever meet and made us feel at home from the moment we stepped inside the door. They have a lot of knowledge of the area and all the possible activities, and gave us excellent advice on biking and hiking routes (even checked if we were ok when hiking back from the mountains in a thunder storm!) The hotel is small and charming, with nice outdoor facilities, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. Highly……

Staff, in particular Umberto very helpful not just with food and wine (using Coravin to provide a wide selection by the glass), but also any other questions we had including hiking suggestions, which were spot on for us. “The room is very clean and large, host is super nice, the hot-tub and sauna have very nice view as well. They also have a garage. Location is also quite convenient, there is a supermarket right across the street and 10 minutes drive to Ortisei. highly recommended!”

“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……

“The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.”

“Loved the spa facilities!!!! Breakfast was outstanding with homemade pasties and yogurt each morning. Staff went above and beyond for us. Do not like the blow dryer connected inside the drawer and would like a mirror for getting ready in the main bed area so the other person can be in the bathroom while I’m also getting ready. ”
