“Työntekijät eivät osaa englantia, paitsi isäntä, joka olikin erittäin mukava ja ystävällinen. Emännän touhu vaikutti ehkä siksi epäystävälliseltä, koska hän ei osaa Englantia ja hän mumisi itsekseen Italiaa esim. sisään- ja uloskirjauksen yhteydessä. Ilmastointi oli todella tehoton, ja yöllä oli 26 astetta lämmintä huoneessa. Kaikki mitä he myyvät, paitsi ehkä viini mukaan, on erittäin ylihinnoiteltua.
