“I chose this hotel because it near to the office I need to visit during my business trip. It is a very standard business hotel. The reception people are very nice and helpful. The hotel hardware can be improved. The hot water is not very hot, although the hotel response very fast after we complained and improved the water temperature for next few days I stayed. “Great experience from start to finish. The room with the city view had the best view of Sao Paulo, I was absolutely stunned. The lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the front staff very welcoming, accommodating and nice. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Location is fantastic, 2 min walking to Ave Paulista, ubers always available closeby. Overall 5 stars, absolutely worth it. Would chose to stay here on my next trip again.
