“The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. The beds were not terribly comfortable however and could use an update, along with the linens. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. ”
“Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. “Nice hotel, clean, great location, few mins walk from city centre. Staff very polite and friendly.
We stayed in the suite which is their most expensive room but was surprised we had to pay extra to use the saunas, this should have been included.
Also the breakfast choice was limited and with not a lot of choices, especially for vegans/vegetarians or like my mrs for dairy/lactose intolerant. We went at 9.30am one day and there was pretty much nothing left(other than bread)
