“Hotellet ligger centralt nära stora shoppinggatan. Litet rum. Mycket ljud från gatan utanför. Rent och fräscht. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal, pratade bra engelska.”
“I booked a room with balcony and they gave me a small messy room in the first day. I was changed to a bigger room on the next day. The room was on the ground floor. The so called 'balcony' is the garden and the room was just next to the restaurant. I was woked up on 4 am everyday by the noises and the whole stay was terrible! Surely won't choose this hotel again!”
“Hotel is good except the towels have some weird smell and some marks which could not be washed (could have thrown them away but still used for guests)
Breakfast is good but they let guests use spoon to take the tea leaves out which looks a bit sanitary concern. Fran OJ is nice and they have water for guests to fill in at the lobby is great.
Staffs are friendly. The staff working in supplying breakfast is exceptionally efficient!! ”
