The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. “We were provided with fruit on arrival which was lovely. Our rooms and bathrooms we’re extremely clean. The triple room with balcony was so spacious although it was too hot to be on the balcony. Room had aircon, fridge, TV and hairdryer. Kettle if requested. Iron and iron board for use downstairs. Guests are requested to take their shoes off at the main entrance. Slippers are provided to walk to and from your room. Friendly helpful staff who advised me the hotel is only one year old.……

“I had a wonderful clean spacious room with a balcony! ”

“From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. ”

“The room is spacious with high ceiling and a terrace. Bed was big and very comfortable. Great hot shower with good water pressure. Location a bit off center but you can use their free bicycle to get to city center in 10 minutes. There was no housekeeping even with the tag I hanged on my door. Staffs do not speak English but they are very nice and very willing to help.”

“Been here for three days and it is absolutely great experience. The beach is just aside the hotel and I like the environment. Free shuttle transfer between Hotel and Hoi An ancient city. One thing for improvement is the breakfast, limited choice and food quality does not match the value. But overall, I will come back to this hotel! ”
