“Well-located hostel in the center of Da Nang. Room was clean and big enough. Friendly staff, breakfast with some variety tasted good. No complains.”

“我們這次預訂了豪華開房式房間連露台，怎料一去到check in職員說我們的balcony 給封了，原因是旁邊要起樓！ 起初我們都不想小事化大，於是照入住了那間給封了露台的房。入到房，聞到一陣陣霉味，房間比我想像中細，背包放在枱上後便沒有多餘位吃飯，要用洗手盆的枱站著吃！ 還有， 露台給磚頭牆封了，根本就是一間密室！ 起初我跟職員說想換房，但立刻被他們拒絕了，亦沒有退回任何費用 （ 因為房間已變成沒露台沒窗的密室，所以房租理應更平）, 最後他們都是沒有退錢的。 最令我生氣的是，夜晚我洗澡後在床上休息，頭髮還未乾透，便睡著了，第二天醒來發現枕頭袋有發霉的污漬！！ 很嘔心，我想是因為枕頭袋不乾淨，濕水後房間冷氣不夠，於是變發霉了！！！ 我馬上退房，酒店職員檢查房間後說是我把枕頭袋弄污了，要我賠錢！！！ 我怒氣沖天到極點！！！！！”

“The owner and his family were excellent hosts and were very accommodating. During our stay they were very friendly and we were able to get our laundry done at the hotel as well! We would definitely come back next time! ”

“This is a very basic hotel. Room is decent in size, clean, comfortable bed, and lots of food options nearby. The beach a block away, bathroom is small, and there was no hot water in the early evening. If your just looking for an affordable place to lay your head and don’t need any luxuries, I recommend. ”

“This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The hotel had a new decoration, the hotel is near the beach, it takes 10 minutes only . There are wet markets and supermarket nearby. The staff were nice and helpful . They are intimate and kind. I really appreciate their hard working. “They let you wait at lobby during chek out say need to check if you use mini bar and stuff. So we wait at lobby for at least 20-30 mins. Only when we ask the recletion lady she realize we were still waiting and say check out was completed. We expect at least you tell me then we don’t have to just wait there”
