“Staff is great and always willing to help. Room is basic, it comes with fridge and ac. Breakfast was decent in a mini buffet style. Good location in Yangon and on the eighth floor of a mixed use building. A lot of restaurants/street food/convenience stores around. Would stay again! ”

It would have been great to have a campfire, maybe even one for each tent, it would have made the experience perfect and there is place for it near the tents.”
“There is a lovely 3th floor breadfast balcony which is superb to do birding! The breakfast is selective with noodle ,rice and toast.
The staff is very friendly and hospital to help the guests. I enjoyed 4 day holiday here.But I have to complain about the poor pressure of water not to have a better shower !”

1. Rooms are just okay - spartan (not big) along with toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo
3. Free water bottle per day
4. Refilling of water near the reception area
5. good Restaurants within 20 metres
6. Very Nice balcony - you can see the sunrise sitting in your room (provided you get the road facing room) and spend time with your friends in the huge balcony.

“Beautiful room with lovely wooden floorboards and window frames. Comfortable bed. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the service was excellent. Su went out of her way to help with taxi and flight bookings. Will definitely stay there again if I get back to Mandalay again.”
“Nice guest house with very happy helpful staff. Offered a choice of rooms the one we chose was spacious clean with a comfy bed and an adequate bathroom. Air con worked fine. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace will keep you going all day. Nice place to sit and chill out as well. Hotel owner very helpful in booking bus tickets to next destination. It's central to most of what you need to see and do in Bagan. Plenty of places to eat a short walk to the end of the road. Recommended.”
