“When we reached the hotel, we were told that there were no available rooms!!! We were not even the only ones there, there were a few other people who were stranded as well. According to the counter staff, there were 8 bookings made for rooms which were not even available. This is completely unacceptable as we did not even receive any email/sms/calls or anything to inform us of the situation (yet when asked they said that they have indeed received our information - so then why did they not……

“The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.”

“Super convenient with the mall just right below. Hotel is relatively new, so overall is rather new and clean, hopefully it will be maintained well.”
