“Absolutely wonderful team. Great service. From the front desk, to the gentlemen working the bar to the security guard who went above and beyond to help us with hot water. Wasn’t able to give 5 stars due to location that prevented us from being able to safely walk to get food at night despite being a couple blocks away and not having strong WiFi in our room. Yo be honest, this place has the potential to be incredible if they were able to make some crucial updates. If you rented a car or plan to……

“I like Skycastles and Columbus Heights and stayed many times in this past. Its views are exceptional. This particular place was cheap. It had a futon for a sofa and plastic chairs for dinning and old seating outside. There were loads of locked spaces and it seamed cramped.”

“This was the BEST place ive ever stayed in. I travel to Jamaica 4 times a year and I will never stay anywhere else. The room is beautiful and spacious. Very clean and its close to EVERYTHING (food clothes gift shops, clubs) etc. The host was also very pleasant and informative, made me feel like I was home. “I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or……
