“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“Really loved our stay. Was originally going with my son for spring break. At the last minute, one of his friends and friends' dad came along as well. “This cabin is in a gorgeous location, but the price is high for what you get. The cabin itself is very dated, the hot tub lid has degraded to the point of falling apart and has trouble maintaining heat. I chose this spot over others because of the hot tub. There is a two foot long piece or sharp rebar that is exposed out of the concrete at the top of the stairs leading down to the cabin. This is very dangerous and a liability waiting to happen. ”

And the weather striping on the sliding glass door in the master bedroom is coming off. One of us tripped on it. The AC doesn’t appear to work. If it does please include instructions.
