“I have just one complaint about the TV which did not have any paid channels, just wondering, being in AP, couldn't watch Gemini, ETV, MAA, it just plays free channels like ACT. Staff is friendly, busses to Tirumala can be boarded just opposite to the hotel, many shops are available closeby.”

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was courteous, and professional. Check-in had some issues since they couldn't find my reservation on their pms. “They denied service stating that we need to pay more at the check in as the online price amount is not sufficient… we booked Uber and arrived at the so called stay at 930 pm. Hotel staff is rude and they contacted the property owner too and he clearly stated not to provide service.
The worst part is they did not give me back my money, Expedia support team is working with them now. That is a scam… I don’t think they would go anywhere with this(short sightedness)
