“There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling……

“整體環境及舒適度是沒有問題，不過對於額外收費的部分不是很能接受，能理解飯店要收取額外費用，但若是能在訂房時就清楚名列出要收取的費用及內容，將一切的交易透明化，我認為是比較合適的。”

“Well arrived and was asked the next morning for a deposit.. wish i had time to check condo before handing over.. no cutlery to eat greasy plate washing machine not working.. 3 days to get cutlery, took over a week to replace washing machine with another faulty one. I had bad tummy problems and needed the washing machine but could only use it once as the door would not open. Due to feeling unwell I needed the washer. But I was so fed up keep asking I left it. I did leave a few marks on the sheets……
