“I liked the hospitality of the staff. The front desk sat us down on check in and went over everything and even gave all of us (5) a glass of lemonade. Breakfast was available each morning for a small fee and they have a sake tasting event every night.
The one issue we had was addressed right away, so not worth mentioning. Only down side is it's a moderate walk to Hiroshima or the first street car on the other side of the river. There is a bus stop another street over and two blocks down……

“Building is very close to the street, it can be noisy at night with cars pass by. They do provide ear plugs if you need them.
Buses near the hotel is not very frequent and tend to delayed. Plan accordingly. Trams are 10 mins walk and you have to walk pass the red lights district at night. It’s pretty safe though. Plenty of Restraurant in that neighbourhood.
I like the hard mattress but the pillows are too tall for me.
Communications with the hotel is almost flawless. They reply very quickly……

地點一流：酒店樓下就係今年新開幕嘅商場 Minamoa，行街、食嘢、shopping都非常方便。而且酒店就直駁JR廣島站同新幹線月台，唔使拎住行李上上落落，搭車超方便,仲有一樣好重要嘅係，去機場嘅巴士站就係酒店樓下，
酒店本身都好唔錯，乾淨企理，房間舒適，住得好安心。職員態度亦都好親切，服務專業。
The location is excellent: The hotel is directly connected to Minamoa, a brand-new shopping mall that opened this year. It’s super convenient for shopping and dining.
Even more impressive is that the hotel is right above JR Hiroshima Station and the Shinkansen platforms — perfect for easy and smooth travel. Plus, the airport limousine bus stop is right downstairs, which makes getting to Hiroshima Airport incredibly convenient.
The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better.
All in all, if you're visiting Hiroshima, Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Exit is a top choice — great location, super convenient transportation, and comfortable accommodation. I’d definitely stay here again!

"Vintage style hotel, 5-10 minutes to Hiroshima Castle and A-bomb museum. Hotel staff are super polite and nice, can communicate with English. Love the Columba Bar, relaxing environment and staff are charming and sociable. Not recommend the sky top bar. Room are clean and comfortable, but no usb charge port at bedside, TV channel are limited. Good overall"
