“Staff were incredible, sent my parents on a trip to lake garda and they went above and beyond to help me when they ended up getting stranded due to public transport strikes etc. Really couldn't fault them, all the staff at aktiv hotel from booking to check out were fantastic! Couldn't recommend them highly enough! ”

“Lovely stay in beautiful hotel with lovely garden space and pool. The location was quiet but within easy walking distance of the main amenities in Torbole and the lake. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Excellent breakfast is provided and the hotel is cycling friendly. ”

“A great hotel, clean, freah and modern looking. The room was clean and everything worked, great to see a fridge so you have a cool drink on your balcony. A roof terrace in which to sunbathe and chill. A cozy pool and wellness area. Free parking, Breakfast gave a amazing choice from cereal, cooked, fruit and the plenty of bread and ham and cheeses, juices, sweets and coffee. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A 30 second walk to the supermarket and 2 minutes walk to old town, beach……

“Visited on May 3 for 1 night. A nice basic hotel with a restaurant ( closed when we got there at 8pm). Clean. Helpful staff. Our room for 3 was nice. But since it was hot outside it was hot inside and they did not have AC turned on. It was 81 degrees in our room. We had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Opened windows for a while but closed them overnight for safety. We asked for & got a room fan for one room. Manager listened to our concerns & was agreeable to discount our room because of the……

“The staff were very nice. Liked the breakfast. The room was simple but cannot complain for the price. Tge parking was super small, so you have to watch out not to hit the corners. We walked down to Torbole central area for dinner.”

Ich habe einen Kritikpunkt: Schon aus Umweltschutz Gründen und aus Sicht des Gastes, sind Gläser diesen dünnen Einmal-Plastikbechern auf den Hotelzimmern vorzuziehen. Egal ob Trinkglas oder Zahnputz-Glas. Diese hässlichen Plastikbecher sind in Italien öffter anzutreffen.”
