“可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。 房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃， 三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。 早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店”

“The hotel was located next to the cable car station and was very near to town. The room was clean and bright, the view was nice. However, the room could be stuffy at times.”

“The room was better than we expected. This was the first hotel that we ever stayed at in Switzerland and we thought it was very expensive. However, we later found out that everywhere in Switzerland is expensive. Nearby you can see Ibex (Capricorns) on the hills.”

“This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling……

“到車站的時候很冷且地上都是冰，飯店要爬10幾分鐘的山路才可到達，最後我們決定叫uber載我們上去。 進到房間後，房間全是木製傢俱及裝璜，很喜歡；房間非常大間，住起來很舒適，還有小圓桌，坐在小圓桌吃著晚餐看著窗外美景，美景美不勝收，真覺得不虛此行。 早餐也準備的很多樣且好吃，另外飯店還可免費接駁到車站，省了我們的麻煩。 只可惜我們在這家飯店沒法停留太久，下次有機會再來好好享受這裡的美景。 ”

“Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. ”

“Hotel Albana was an excellent hotel and I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel has great amenities including the restaurant, foyer bar and lounge, and the spa which was modern, very clean and included a dry sauna, steam room, outdoor cedar hot tub, and a cold plunge. The rooms were immaculate, very clean, and very comfortable, and had large outdoor terrace space. Silvaplana is a nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of St. Moritz has incredible options for Nordic skiing, skating, and……

“飯店離車站很近，但在半山腰，有推行李的要注意。 這次我們住在地下樓層，房間不算大，但有按摩浴缸，房內充電孔很多但床頭沒充電孔。房內有熱水壺，冰箱，吹風機也有室內拖。地下樓層沒電梯，有需要可以請服務人員幫忙。 飯店服務人員很好，早餐很好吃，有熱食！ 附近有coop超市有賣烤雞 ”
