“The toilet was dirt from the previous guest. The wifi did not work. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was huge and amazing. ”

“The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. ”
