“Very convenient location, just around the corner for Tsujiki market. Surprised with having washing and drying machine, and a fridge with freezer!”

“The breakfast place is a bit small . Need to line up for quite a while if coming by around 10 am . Which shouldn’t be the case of a 5 stars hotel . Breakfast could be improved anyway , especially if talking it is located in tokyo . Futhermore . The concierge service could be improved regarding recommendations of nearby restaurants . And the hotel has no its own escort service from / to airport . ”

“The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!”

“Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. ”
