“This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. “Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! ”

Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. “Stayed at Greendale for about a month. Really well furnished. I'm a germaphobe and this place is mostly immaculate. Friendly stuff, the pool came in handy during the hot days. Responsiveness from management to issues is satisfactory. I think the only suggestion I would make is the electricity pay-as-you go component ought to be mentioned on the site as something that has to be reloaded by the tenant after the initial tokens run out so one knows what to expect.
