“The welcome was personalised, they made my birthday special. Breakfast is really nice. All staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you. Areas of improvement: Disappointed to have to call for house keeping to clean my room and room was not cleaned whilst I was not in the room. “The property was very clean and comfortable with an amazing restaurant. The room was much larger than it appeared in pictures and had a large bathroom and every amenity needed. The resort was wonderful except for the pool and jacuzzi area. The pool was very cold and appeared to be dirty or unfiltered. The hot tub was moderately warm but also appeared to be unfiltered as the emptied and refilled it daily. Not recommended to come to this resort for the pool. ”
