“I liked this hotel. Unique as I got my key via an electronic box instead of a front desk. Kind of cool. All we wanted was a place to sleep and showers in the morning. This hotel suited our needs.”

“The property was in a great location. Seeing the lake every day was beautiful. Food in the restaurant was good with many choices. Being able to walk the dogs around the property and dining outside with them was nice. Evening music in the bar area was a bonus. The rooms weren’t fancy but were comfortable ”

“What a fun place to stay! From the moment we walked in greeted by Toad (and his owner), we felt very comfortable here. The little retro details all added up to a friendly 3 night stay. The co-owners and staff are just as friendly as Toad but they work a lot harder to make your stay enjoyable. Just remember, you are staying in an old school motel, not the Hyatt Regency. Be nice!”
