Make your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake from your private bit of shoreline. It was a convenient drive to everywhere we wanted to go, but had an out in the woods feel. I would have zero hesitations about returning. ”

“My wife and I do an annual retreat every year where we take a few days to relax, read, and spend time together. Door County in the off-season has fewer people and Snug Harbor is a great place to stay. It is always clean, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area, and quite peaceful. The gas fireplace and view out the front window are particular highlights of the cottage we stayed in. This is our fourth time staying at Snug Harbor and we have never been……
