“I really loved the personalised service provided by the owner as it is a family owned hotel and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you're at home. Nice food for breakfast, the owner even took us into the city and assisted us during our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. “跟中国的五星级酒店那是一定没有可比性，在加尔各答应该算条件不错的酒店，只是每天只有一小时免费wifi，使用酒店的付费wifi非常昂贵。酒店外观没有照片那么漂亮，外部环境也不好。”
