Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly ”

“Overall, my stay for a business trip was decent, and being so close to Aeon Mall was a bonus. Surprisingly, there was no hair dryer in the room. You had to call the front desk to get one, and when it finally arrived, it was outdated, super slow, and way too noisy. Also, no extendable makeup mirror, which feels like a pretty standard amenity these days. Just a couple of basics that were missing, which could’ve made the stay smoother and more efficient.”
