Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . “Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya. “I like the beautiful view in the resort, it makes me feel very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Though there is no AC, it's still cool at night. Buffet breakfast is fair. One improvement is that not many facilities inside the resort, only spa and swimming pool. I would suggest to have some ball games courts and gym room. Overall, a nice place to enjoy vacation here.”
