“飯店還很新，但是早餐沒東西吃，早餐時間7點開始，我們7點50分到餐廳，所有一切食物都清空。而且沒繼續補餐，連冷熱飲料都是淨空的。食物控制的非常好，很少，7點鍾那盤菜你沒吃到，等於早餐不用吃了。”

“Good, fun and helpful people and a hotel in a quiet area. There is also a supermarket close to the hotel. There is a taxi in the street throughout the day. There is hot water for the bathrooms all the time. They also do not mind signing in at any time”

“首先是環境的整潔，霉味因為海拔受影響，但是飯店的清潔做的很不好，都仍有果蠅在各個廁所飛行，真的非常不可接受。 沐浴乳也沒有檢查，居然用完了”

“附近除了一個水世界公園以外也沒什麼地方可以去，不建議住兩晚，泳池的水很髒我們全家皮膚都過敏了，兩天的早餐都很少尤其是第二天更少因為住客少所以準備的也少，食物上飛滿了蚊蠅也沒人管，總之這次是很糟糕的體驗，實在是不值得這個價格”

“Reception a bit messy, billing fault, no one answering call... Overall,staff are nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast good variety, but bad quality, food mainly target local peoples.”

“客房清潔度不夠,浴室都有水垢,房家地板也不是很乾淨,枕頭上有死的昆蟲,房間設備不像4星級的,周圍環境是不錯,早餐蠻豐富的,一般該有的都有,餐廳的pizza 蠻好吃的”

“The place is a little bit far from the main road, but the site is quiet and nice. We enjoyed all the facilities and had a nice and delicious meal in the restaurant due to heavy traffic. The price is not low; however, all hotels in Puncak are not cheap too. However, some facilities are worn out. ”

“I like the beautiful view in the resort, it makes me feel very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Though there is no AC, it's still cool at night. Buffet breakfast is fair. One improvement is that not many facilities inside the resort, only spa and swimming pool. I would suggest to have some ball games courts and gym room. Overall, a nice place to enjoy vacation here.”
