“Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. Resort will charge you for everything you need extra even water, blanket etc. Size of the studio suite is very small as compared to……

“I like the beautiful view in the resort, it makes me feel very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Though there is no AC, it's still cool at night. Buffet breakfast is fair. One improvement is that not many facilities inside the resort, only spa and swimming pool. I would suggest to have some ball games courts and gym room. Overall, a nice place to enjoy vacation here.”
