The rental quarter is located in the back of the home: clean, well-kept w/a comfortable bed and space heaters. No TV in bedroom3.) Caution to those with physical disabilities: You have to enter the quarters by walking down a slight slope into the backyard. If there has been inclement weather, you may slip before reaching the step stones 40-60ft away. Unfortunately, the path is……

“This place has everything you'd hope for—prime location, spotless and great amenities. Just a short walk to great restaurants and coffee spots, plus an easy walk to the Tiki Bar for live music and good vibes. The included reserved parking was a definite perk, and Adam was very responsive.”

Pretty easy contact with the host. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely book again!”

Check-in was easy and we enjoyed having access to a larger kitchen. We were there for a family event and I was able to prep some of the ingredients in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Listing was very accurate.”
