“We had a great 3-day stay at the guesthouse. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful despite limited English skills and the restaurant serves delicious Chinese food. Located 2 hour drive North of Beijing in a remote village close to the Great Wall, the guesthouse is perfect for a getaway from the busy capital. The rooms are new with nice facilities and a small courtyard for each room makes it very private. We will be back in future and we will recommend this guesthouse to others that……

“首先, 酒店的某個服務人員服務態度不太好, 電話訊講到一半就跑了也不事先打招呼, 換了一個服務人員然後又把所有的問題重複了一遍 !在入住期間本身酒店的周邊本來就什麼都沒有, 跟服務人員要了2個礦泉水態度非常差還要收錢, 住過上海北京寧波的PARK HYATT都沒遇過喝水要收錢的. 森林小屋的房間很簡陋, 換到竹屋感覺好一點了但是廁所的地板特別髒, 地漏堵住, 熱水很難調水還特別小....2000一個晚上感覺不太值得 ”

“It’s a holiday inn so you know what you’re getting. The room wasn’t so bad, nice bathrooms and not many options in that area for foreigners. My issue is they were doing construction and it wasn’t mentioned when I booked. One of the days they shut off the power while I was in the building. The first day they were repaying and messed up my brand new shoes. My wife and I had cement on our stuff. Was insanely dusty and dirty because of construction. Should really have been mentioned before any……

“Nice quiet stay for a visit to nearby family. Everything was fine for my visit, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Command of English was poor, however I managed fine using Google translate. ”
