“Yeon hotel is small and cozy and closed to Seogwipo port . There was a small parking lot for 4 to 5 cars. The Host (or staff) was very friendly and helpful who gave us several suggestions and lots of help. At the last day, the post office was closed that we couldn't mail the postcard, the host helped us to send the postcard for free. I'm so appreciate for that. Good location, economical and affordable, the balcony view is nice. I truly recommend Yeon hotel.”

The room was spacious and comfortable. However, we had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff on our departure day. We had an early morning flight, and the staff offered to book a taxi for us, assuring it would take around 10 minutes. Unfortunately, after more than 30 minutes of waiting, no taxi arrived, and we had to arrange an Uber ourselves. This delay caused unnecessary stress and nearly made us miss our flight. Additionally, communication was challenging due to the staff’s limited English proficiency, which made resolving the situation even more difficult. We hope the hotel can improve its service reliability and staff training to better support international guests."
