“With the exception of one member of the night crew, who was neither friendly nor respectful, the rest of the staff, housekeeping, and everyone in general treated us with kindness and respect and resolved any problems that may arise, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. “酒店图片很美，看起来还有小厨房，结果进去以后都是不能用的，也没有配备任何的餐具，网盘全部都没有，只是一个白色，唯一能用的就是微波炉，其他的都需要咨询准备，这让我们非常失望，之前看图片还以为这是一个能够加热食物的房间工作人员还算热情，酒店相对有些年份”
