The house has as open layout and a comfortable feel. The sunrises and water views were spectacular. The home is set away from the main road and had a private feel.”

“An absolutely wonderful property. Tastefully decorated, fully stocked, and comfortable beds. Don't let the outside fool you. This is quite spacious inside with three generous bedrooms on the main floor and a fourth in the finished basement. Plenty of room for the entire family. The interior of the home looks like the pictures on the listing! Not like many properties where the picturres were taken years ago and the current state is in need of repair and updating. Kudos to Michael on this……

“Two families with children shared this home during a weekend long dance competition in South Kingstown. Location to Narragansett shops and restaurants was perfect and just five minutes from the competition location. House was very clean and comfortable, accommodated multiple sleeping options and communication with owner was top notch! ”
