“Overall the house was nice and clean. We had a big problem with the pool on our 2nd day there. It emptied completely due to a hole in the liner. It was obvious the liner was old and had been patched in multiple places already. The owner was good and got some one right away to assess the damage but after a repair that didn’t work, the liner needed to be replaced midweek. I specifically booked this location for the pool because of the age ranges of the children, one being under 6 months knowing we……

“Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. “We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”
