“Amazing property and location with wonderful views of Narragansett Bay! We celebrated Thanksgiving during our stay. The kitchen was well set up and had everything we needed. The house has as open layout and a comfortable feel. The sunrises and water views were spectacular. The home is set away from the main road and had a private feel.”

“Pipers Nest was a great value for the area. We have stayed in nearby properties and this is far superior. Very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need to just enjoy our relaxing time away. Nice towels and bed linens. It is really two areas on the first and second floor. Master bedroom and bath for us on the ground floor, and upstairs for children and kids. Very well thought out by the builder. We needed some additional ice trays and Thomas was there almost……

“great location. 2 bedrooms are decent sized. Seems to be a new rental and feel the owners are new to this. I communicated sink drain and full garbage to owner during stay and they replied they would take care of after I checked out. They did refund one night when my plans changed which was appreciated. Some issues with rental- bathroom sink didn’t drain well, no instructions for heating/cooling/tv use which would help, garbage and recycling full, no seating on front porch (front porch needs……

“This Green Hill Beach house is clean and well-maintained, with new kitchen and bathrooms, and ample living space for the whole family. A picture-postcard view of the ocean from the second floor living area allowed us to see the sunrise and sunset. Just a short walk around the block to the quiet beach was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the location is excellent, near state parks and beaches. Highly recommend!”
